Hemostasia y Trombosis; Revista Iberoamericana de Trombosis y Hemostasia is one of the dissemination organs of the Sociedad Española de Trombosis y Hemostasia (SETH) and the Grupo Cooperativo Latinoamericano de Hemostasia y Trombosis (CLATH), being these the main funding source.

The journal firmly supports the open access initiative and does not charge authors for production or publishing of their manuscripts.

All works published in the journal are open for readers without charge under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0).
